Delivery Charges

Delivery within Australia on orders over $100

Delivery for Australian orders under $100

  • $9.90 flat rate Australia-wide

International delivery is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

​

Processing your order

Orders will be compiled at our Distribution Centre before dispatching. Orders are compiled on Wednesday and Fridays. Orders are typically sent out on a Thursday and/or a Saturday. 

​

Shipping your order

Once items have been compiled and dispatched, typical delivery times are as follows (some deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery address):

  • 2-5 working days: most Australian metropolitan areas.

  • 5-10 working days: most regional and remote locations throughout Australia.

​

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, Star Track or a similar courier. Orders by courier require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the order, the courier will leave a note explaining how you can make alternative arrangements.

​

If you’re happy for the courier to leave your order in a safe place, please let us know during checkout. We cannot replace lost or stolen parcels if you’ve given authority to leave the parcel at your premises and the parcel is confirmed to have been delivered by the courier.

​

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry by you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully as we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If the product/s you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items for a replacement of the same product/s. Please notify us immediately by using our online contact form and provide your full name, order number and details of the fault.

​

To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and damaged item for our inspection. We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods. 

​

In the event of a refund request, refunds will only be made against the original payment method used. Please note that any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on your card issuer’s procedures. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
